You've got a right one there!

Out of interest, what were the comments she left on your feedback?

About my being evil, nasty and a thief!

She is now going to take me to Court

I paid her twice and was refunded twice. What am I supposed to do?

She keeps demanding that the goods be sent back which I don't want to do.

How am I supposed to solve this when she keeps threatening me and returning the payments sent to her?

Tell her she has 14 days to collect the goods, otherwise they will become your legal property. You will post them for a fee (set extortionately high). There was a thread on here about this before...
Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.

I must have missed the thread that you mention

I don't want to send the goods back - they are four items of clothing.

I won them, I paid for them.

    She shouldn't have refunded me

I can't see why she is constantly demanding that I send them back to her

Cannot believe police would be interested in this :rotfl:
I would just ignore the stupid woman.
Anyway might be quite a nice little break in holloway or some such:rotfl:

Well I can assure you that the seller is lying. The police don't do that. The courts won't be interested. Empty threats. The seller is a first class twit with the knowledge and IQ of a currant bun.

Report the harrassing, abusive, threatening emails to Ebay, C&Q.

Have just been on the phone to ebay and have sent the last four threatening emails that were in the same vein as that one. They have already had the other three as they were sent to me.

Apparently each individual report which goes in to ebay is logged onto their system so that they can keep track of the bad Sellers, which is good to know
