I bought four items from a Seller on Ebay at the beginning of May
They were posted out to me and I left positive feedback.
The Seller was then giving me £2 refund on the p&p as she had overcharged me.
Accidentally she refunded the full amout of £16.95
The payment was 'pending' on my paypal account for 12 days. The Seller refused to cancel the payment demanding the goods back.
The Seller sent a letter by Recorded Delivery demanding the goods be sent back to her by tomorrow (3rd June).
I repaid the £16.95 yesterday when the payment had been made to my paypal account.
Tonight I have come home to a full refund and this message -
Message from merchant: Post the goods or the police will call to collect. I . I am sending your payment back , which is incorrect . I will expect my goods by first class by Wednesday. Do not send another payment,or contact me. Its Theft.

I've never heard anything so stupid. Why is it theft?
Forward and report the messages..0 -
the police will call!! no way, she is trying to scare you. get your payment back into your account and IF you send the stuff back ensure that the seller pays you the postage costs first otherwise state you will not send back. to be honest if you do not send back there is nothing the seller can do. Also report the threatening behavior to ebay.=======================

After the first episode of her refunding me - entirely her mistake she threatened to send her husband, whom is in the Met, to my door.
I asked her to tell me what time he was coming and I would have the kettle on ready for him. (The address is Derby by the way)
Now I haven't paid for the items because she keeps refunding the payment.0 -
I should report her to Ebay and enclose her abusive emails and ask them how to proceed. In the mean time I guess you just keep paying for the items.0

The Seller has had it - I am not paying her again.
Nor am I sending the items back. Another ebay nutcase0 -
So do you reckon that she was expecting a bit more money for the item and this is her way of you returning it?
How absolutely ridiculous!!!! But I do agree about reporting her, it would save others having to deal with her abuse0 -
Ask her why on earth she is refunding you the full payment and why she wants the goods back.
You couldn't make it up could you?!
