I even gave her my phone number so that she could discuss it with me on the phone but she has ignored that.

I only paid £10.80 for 4 brand new items of clothing so maybe she just wants to resell them.

I have reported her to ebay four times now. Also sent the posting from this thread and asked what am I supposed to do now. Will see what ebay say about it. Would have phoned them but it is after 9pm

Can I ask, did you ask her for the £2 which was overcharged on postage?

No but I complained because she sent out the four items in an old black bin bag.

Then I got the spiel about her being disabled and on chemo and how dare I complain about the packaging

She then refunded £2 of her own accord except it was the full amount.

It's funny how they are always disabled and on chemo..or the other one is they always have a sick child.

I reckon we ebayers must be the unhealthiest people going if I believed every odd email I got. Makes me cross actually as I work for a charity involved with people with disabilities and they are the last to mention any problems and most of the time go through the most dreadful experiences without a murmur.

Yes will let you know what happens.

I am tempted to send an email to tell her to take me to Court - then she will really make a fool of herself

Ebay have now got back to me and they are very interested in this Seller as she has broken the T's & C's of selling on ebay.

Also, she is not allowed to refund me - once, which was accidental, never mind twice - then demand that I send the four items back.

Nor is she allowed to threaten me with police action after I have paid and received the items just because she has refunded me.

I dare say I won't find out what ebay do with her as a Seller.

    Just say "ok"

    ...and then ignore her.
