Know what you mean. About to go swimming and I feel like falling asleep instead. Hope the pool isn't too warm. It's either like a sauna or freezing in there! Like taking DD to school in this weather as we can walk, but exercising is so difficult.

Hi - just got back from the gym and the trainer wasn't there as he had concussion (?) but I still stayed and did a workout :j. That was one of my downfalls as I hate doing the gym on my own.

I have been making slow progress with running on the treadmill, as I am not a natural runner but got my mile to 15 minutes dead tonight.

I am doing my 5th Race for Life this year so would like to run at least half of it!!

Lotus on your knees walking - easy peasy - I'm going to have a go after dinner......:p

Not sure about anyone else, I know that by some miracle Ajax managed to allocate himself Netherlands and I got Italy.

Creamy & very choccolaty as well if that makes sense.They can be qute dry so you really need to have a drink with them~maybe thats why they advertise them with the milk?
The best ones are double cream ones from the States.
I can only advise you to buy the snack pack ones as at least there is only four in a packet:rotfl: :rotfl:

MrsA and I are both sitting here with Holland football shirts on, but she won't let me take a pic As I fell off the wagon yesterday I'm also watching the game with a glass of Heineken or 4....... well, the wagon rolled away and It's gonna take an extra day to catch it
