    Hello you gorgeous people!

*sporting handshake to Raph whose team beat mine yesterday* :p

Lesley, I could (and can) still do the crab after a gap of many many years! Give it a try, you know you want to! :D Also forward and backward walkovers! I think some of this stuff is like riding a bike, it just stays with you.

I have an outbuilding with a flat roof next to my house and I can get up on the roof without a ladder or anything by putting a bare foot and hand on each side of the alleyway (like in a star jump position) and climbing up like that :rotfl: I don't dare show my son :rotfl:

I can walk on my knees in full lotus position :rotfl: Probably not to be recommended.

Beanie, what's this about Oreos? Hope they didn't attack you last night?!

Annie :( Did you get poisoned at the BBQ? I hope you feel much better soon - congratulations on the loss though! :D

Fab fab fab news about the tennis Pet!!! :j Also good news about no damage done with the eating, well done on keeping that under control (hope you enjoyed it too ;))

Congrats on losses peeps... mine's a 3lb gain.... very perplexing as there's no way I was over a maintain pace at worst. These things happen to me though, so now it's straight on to trying to blitz it off again! Is it wrong to look forward to that challenge? :rotfl:

I'll exercise a bit closer to lunchtime, if my new gear arrives I'll go for a run, if not I'm going to take the cross trainer onto the patio so I can still exercise outside :D

GOOD LUCK everyone still to weigh!

Morning fellas and fellettes. Hope the weather is as glorious in your parts of the land as it is here.

Seriously fell off the wagon last night and was gonna weigh in this morning, a couple of days early - however getting on the scales totally wiped out my 6lbs loss of the last two weeks, so stuff that - back to the weighing on Wednesday idea :)

    Morning All

Lon Weekend, the window is in, but it took far longer than we hoped, we didnt allow for the fact the ld wooden frame window was fixed with metal stays, so it didnt 'pop' out I had to hammer it out!!

Still had a session in the gym last night, then went ofr a 4 mile walk, so not to bad, however thats was a guilt thing as eating wise, well it went out the window, 8 hours on your feet, couple of bacon rolls all day, means you overdo things in the evening!! Anyway have to fit the back door next weekend, it cant be more of the same can it??

    Missy,
I weigh slightly more than Ajax, but trust me during the rugby season I really felt the cold, but then I have gone from wearing a Tog 15 duvet to a sheet in the weight thats gone. :j Glad the bra is all sorted, Ajax was getting so excited I thought he would self combust! :D

Lois Do not diss Mr Bond, some of us want to be him ;) just looking for a Moneypenny, Holly Goodhead, Mary Goodnight, !!!!! Galore, Chew Mei, Xenia Onatopp, Penny Smallbone, Honey Ryder, and Plenty O'Toole to name a few? Any Takers?

Well done on the running tagz, I sure you got Ajax's hopes up for a second. It was part of the plan to out yesterday, but things went against me. Still did 2miles in the gym :) anf btw no competition for me, I am the best of the best in all things except gutterspeak ;)

Ajax, I feel off the wagon too last night, mate I feel your pain.

Missy, sorry about the 3lb gain, sometimes the body does things we never ever understand.

Now why is it so hard to buy a pair of 3/4 shorts that fit!!
