    Need to get exercising more though.

    Oh, you lot have made me laugh with the forward roll malarky!! The last time I did a forward roll I tried to make it easy on myself and rolled on my bed. No I didn't fall off, but I did pull some muscles above my stomach that obviously don't get used much, and couldn't stand up straight or laugh without it killing me for ages!!

    Lesley, I hope you're okay 'cos a forward roll is definately off my agenda for a while!!

    Now - I used to be able to do the crab when I was 13 ish - only 34 years on so I'll ponder :j

    I'd forgotten about that! I used to do the crab and walk up and down my parent's living room. I also used to be able to put my feet behind my head easy Ajax! (one at a time of course)!
