I was looking to find out how many calories I used earlier on my bike ride and I found this website that works it all out for you: http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.php
Apparently, I used 429 calories  , I think I'd better have a nice big dinner tonight.

I KNOW I can't do a foward roll, and there's no way I'm going to embarass myself by trying! :rotfl: Lesley - thanks for making me laugh.
Well, the ironing is done, so I've got clothes to wear for work this week, and I might even have burnt a few hundred calories, or at least sweated off a pound or two.
On the clothes front, it was my lack of summer clothes (that fit) that made up my mind to lose weight again - my wardrobe is so full I can hardly squeeze anything in, but most of it is too small. If I was a size or two smaller I could get away with doing the ironing every other week.
I was thinking of sorting the clothes out by size, more specifically, how much too small for me they are, and they could be my mini targets. So, the jeans that I can still do up but they're too uncomfortable to wear would be target #1 and so on. Might take a bit of organising though, so maybe I should decide on target 2 when I get to target 1!
Eating out again tonight - life really does get in the way of dieting sometimes! I've had a really low calories day so far, so I've got a bit of leeway for later. I'll only have 2 courses though, and try to go for a starter not a dessert!
Have a good evening everyone.

Thanks I'll take a look-see
Missyg, no fair!! I was at work!!
Quorn sausages love them, qourn cottage pie, love it, quorn bacon rashers love them anything to do with quorn actually:D
I've made Quorn spag bol, (felt a bit odd adding mushrooms too it!) It was nice, but I find Quorn mince is so more expensive than the normal mince I buy.
I think for my dinner tonight I'm just gunna have a big pile of streamed cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage & green beans (and whatever other veg is hiding in the freezer.) I'm really craving some crunchy veg, and can't be bothered to defrost any meat. I might roast a couple of parsnips too
Is the footie over? What time is it on? Have I won yet?

I love a quorn spag bol, recently found a recipe that adds a couple of spoons of pesto and some marmite to it, and this make it taste even more lush IMO my OH loves it too and he is a real meat eater in general (but I'm converting him lmao)Weight loss since 01/08/07 - 72 lbs:j0

Thanks Ajax - hols all sorted now as per previous post which crossed with your one!
Still got loads to organise cos it's a 6 country trip but the rest should be easy peasy now. Hope you've had a lovely day with MrsA!
FFM - return crossing is Bergen to Newcastle 26 hours (outward is plain old Dover-Dunkerque!) Oooh result about your trip!!!
Oops I mean, I'm sure you'll manage... somehow...
Thank you for the sample daily menus! My body seems so messed up in comparison
I've had only 0.25lb or 0.5lb difference per week on 1200-1400 cals/day for several weeks now - not giving up though! Back to strict 1200 next week and see where that gets me.....
Raph, I think footie kicked off 5pm ish - not sure if that's our time or theirs! And yes you've won, you won before kick off :rotfl: I'm not expecting to win a single game with my team :rotfl:0 -
