Welcome to the world of decimal places FFM! :D A loss is always good even when maintaining... you can have some fun putting it back on, or just be thinner for a while :D

I'm gonna be brave and flash my test 'after' picture up for a few minutes - anyone who's on now will see it.... anyone who's not will miss it cos I'm not leaving it on :rotfl:

    [*and it's gone*]

Missyg, I can't believe I missed you, I was tired and went to bed :(

A loss for me now is really not good - 'scrawny' springs to mind - although I think my thighs are still huge (OH says I have a problem with body image).

My maintaining went a bit off last week, so although I did have fish and chips for tea one night, and a huge chocolate cream cake at work for someone's birthday, the rest of the week just didn't add up to enough for me - average of 1500 cals per day.

I think your new approach of relaxing a bit on the food could actually pay off with some weight loss (only based on my own experience).

I went out on my bike this morning to see if cycling to work is a viable option. 8 miles there took 40 mins, 8 miles back took 45 mins, not great times but it was hilly - didn't get off and walk once :D .

I hope your holiday plans work out, I'll keep my fingers crossed.

sorry, doing what with an aubergine? some interesting speculation on my hair colour a few pages agao - but as anyone whose seen my facebook pics will know, I am in fact a blonde. MY friend describes me as 'blonde enough for it to work on men without women going "!!!!!"'. That strawberries recipe sounds fab! I like them chopped in half, put on a big piece of foil. SLosh over a load of pimms and scrunch tight, before sitting on the barbecue for a bit. very naughty though. Had a couple of drinks and got anught last night too - but nothing too bad. OFf now to do my tax return and then walk up to the shop YET AGAIN for another ingredient i have forgotten. OH asked me to get something for him yesterday and told me i could spend the change. I was very good at that point actually and bought some flowers. OF course, now he is insistent that HE has bought me flowers. We just finished watching doctor who and th supersizers from last night. That calf's head was really quite offputting, but how good did Giles Coren look in Victorian gear?

I've been thinking of having a couple of veggy meals during the week, as meat is getting so expensive and I'll be able to spread it out further. Thing is I always have either fish or meat, so I'm clueless as to dinners without!

Quorn sausages love them, qourn cottage pie, love it, quorn bacon rashers love them anything to do with quorn actually:D
