Suggs - I was think about a poll like so
I am:-
Exercise isn't for me
Happy with my current level of exercise
Trying to do a little more exercise
Training for a specific event
Trying to improve my fitness
Trying to maintain my fitness
Or something like that. What do you think?0 -
I love a bit of cheerfulness KPC
Been to the hospy today, they confirmed I will need an op but it is non-urgent so it could be a while yet. It doesn't sound overly complicated and I've certainly had worse in the past so nothing to worry aboutThe other good thing is I have the all clear to carry on completely as normal with my exercising and holiday in the meantime
Hurray!
After the op I can expect to be fully back to normal within one month, so that's not too badI think I deserve some walkers baked crisps and a little something from cadburys today.... who agrees?!

Hey everyone.
I wonder if nedals penis is as brown as he is? I always remember seeing my brothers willy in the shower and thinking how tanned it was. But then my dads and matts is pretty brown too. Perhaps men secretly fake tan their willies or sunbathe somewhere where women cant see. Bizzare isnt it?
Went to a funeral today and it was proper horrible. When i die im not having a funeral. Im going to hire a hall, get in a massive buffet with some chocolate fountains and a disco. If my life is going to be remembered by a bunch of my loved ones sitting in a chapel singing all things bright and beautiful then i'd rather not bother.
Pinklipgloss: You are not 28!!!! Come on girl, i should have been to your wedding and soon to be invited to your daughters christening by nowI feel you on the young thing, people think im still doing a levels sometimes.

Definitely agree missy - good news needs to be celebrated by a feast - it's opart of our shared humanity to feast and makemerry. (Absolutely no self interest in the fact I might need to celebrate for you too with some chocci biccies)
As for looking young vix - when I was 25 I was chatted up and asked out by a 14 year old who thought i was his contemporary. Sadly that was the best offer I'd had for some time:rotfl:. .
Like the poll idea efirezeI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Just been to the gym this lunchtime.
10km Cycle 24 mins 21 secs
3.2km Run 20 mins 10 secs (slow but steady)
Ran out of time to keep going (my excuse!). At this rate the duathlon is going to be hard but I will do it.0
