I've now had other log in details from "Delivery support tea" and it works. So you have to wait till you get that email I suspect :) Just downloaded the papercraft mag so I'm a happy bunny! Thanks to OP.
Everyone has a photographic memory, it's just some of them don't have film.
• As well as the magazine offers thread on here, there are links to lots of '3 for £1 with no commitment ' and similar offers on http://www.besthighstreet.com/magazines.html.
Thanks Moonshadow - great site. They seem to keep it up to date, too. Some mags on their now that were not there last night!

Same problem logging in on delivery manager - no sign of email with another password as yet. Guess we've hit the server too hard ;)

Looked to me like you can also get at your magazines through a linked website: http://www.immanens-delivery.com/front/index.php

Found the pick&mix article interesting too. 4 Magazines per month for £8.99 regardless of rrp although obviously you miss out on the printed mag and probably any cover gifts too. Still £2.25 per mag might appeal to someone.

EDIT:
Hang on that's not right. You can download via the web-site but still need to install the program to decode. I guess none of the directors of WHS use macs or linux.

liam191 - you may have to wait an hour or so and get a second email then it works properly.

Just got the email from WHSmith_Support@menziesdigital.com only to discover the password is exactly the same one I used to register. Still can't seem to log-in and download though :(

I even tried the delivery web-access site and that too rejects my u/n & p/w. :(

That makes me a saaaaaaad panda.

EDIT:
Ahh... not had a second email yet. Must try to be more patient. I'll wait until new years and make it a resolution ;)
