Morning all
Good luck with your test Shell
Working to my own list, I've done the kitchen thoroughly (including inside the fridge) and dusted the living room and computer desk and vacuumed right through downstairs.
Somebody next door has a big hammer and isn't afraid to use it....
Washing on the line, rain is forecast but so far it's sunny and humid.
Can't think of anything else.......took the dog out. She's not too good the last two days. She's been pacing round the house which normally means she doesn't feel great and she's been peeing without realising it when she's been lying down. She has odd days like this and then she's OK for a couple of weeks. Comes to us all I suppose....0 -

Thanks you guys but its not till Wednesday. Think I confused by asking about taking the rescue remedy today. Wasnt sure if you needed to let it build up in your system.
Parcels posted (queue out of door at PO)
DD2 dropped at lunch club - although left her crying (feeling horrid now but just phoned and she has eaten her lunch and is playing.)
Right need to shift my bottom.

Shell Bach's should be fine, I used it about 10 times on the day inc just before I got in the car :rotfl: . You don't usually need to use it to build up in well in advance unlike Kalms etc but it might help you relax those anxieties you are no doubt feeling now this info is off the website
What happens if I take too much of the Essences?
It is impossible to overdose with the Bach Flower Essences, they are 100% natural and safe. You can drink a whole bottle of Essences and not "overdose.". However, if you think that "more is better" you are wrong. The Bach Flower Essences work best over a period of time, taken from the treatment or stock bottle at least 4 times a day.
. The adults one does contain alcohol but I think you'd need to take a few bottles full to be effected http://www.bachflower.com/Rescue_Remedy.htm website
AnWsMum - I haddn't tried E&L they didn't come up when I searched but I have now, how much easier is that site to use? Wow! Cheaper toothink I will be using them if I don't find any better ones, thanks. Shopping list for the caravan is huge!!! I can't believe how much stuff we need, DP is on about using it earlier than planned (we were going to wait til kids hols) and using it in 2 weeks for a weekend he's away, hmmm, we'll see if I can get everything I need by then (if they allow them on site - even scarier it'll have no hook up etc on our first outing as it's just a field!!).
Emailed tutor asking for extension, bit late so he might say no, if he does will just plod through and do my best. One day I might be more organised...........

Tip for bachs - if you are worried of having alchy breath take it in a small glass of water (like a third of a glass), let it sit in the mouth a while before swallowing!IAAR/IAAMM/MFTMFAQ/IOA6BH0

Shell - not caught up on the old thread fully so I assume you're doing your driving test - Good Luck! re. the rescue remedy - it tastes like whisky cos its preserved in alcohol. I think for situations such as these you can just take it if you feel you need it. If I was you I'd put it in my pocket and have a quick squirt just before!
re the rescue remedy.. if you've not tried it before then try it before you need it.. it made me incredibly ill for 3 days and that was from 1 dose!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
