i feel sorry for you who have shares in them
surly in the long term they can only go up tho?Treat everyday as your last one on earth! and one day you will be right.:D0 -
Well having worked in the past with as you call them retards l myself class these as less fortunate people than myself, i can only now presume that you are indeed a truly horrible person to quote such a wording  shame on you, and l hope that a great misfortune should come you way.
My god - you really are an idiot aren't you? I think I'll save the effort in taking this any further as you seem incapable of rational thought. Someone states " I'll take a bet with you, no saver with hbos group of companies will lose their savings" and you come back with "So you are stating that any one who has savings over £35k will get all their money back should any and not just HBOS fail" . Did you actually read any of that?
As for your comments about me.... I can only laugh at the inaccuracy (which seems to be your trademark) :rotfl:0 -

As for your sharedealing account I don't see a problem with that, they don't
own the shares in the account, you do. I guess if it went bust you might have
problems operating the account but in reality it should keep running as I expect
that part of the business actually makes a profit (or less of a loss anyway), the asministrators would keep it open and there must be some way for you to sell your
shares. However I guess it is possible they could sell your shares fraudulently or something like that.0 -

I read on a link posted here that the guy who runs Tesco bank was sacked by HBOS because he was unhappy with HBOS's reckless lending policies, so I expect Tesco bank is safer than most.0 -
