Think it's Vodafone's Direct Sales department on 08000 684 478, not verified by calling as don't need a Vodafone just at present (having last week bagged the 80 quid 6320 from O2-student!)I ♥ MSE0

The direct sales phone number is 08000684404.
They contacted me after I started to apply for their sim only deal.I filled in the first page(name, address, phone numer etc) but I did not fill in the final page of registration which was the bank details. They phoned me to see if I had a problem with their internet application and thats when they offered me this deal. They first asked me what tarrif I was on and then phoned me back with this deal.sometimes you're the pigeon, sometimes you're the statue!0 -
they are called the "esales" department if anyone is intrestedNamed after my cat, picture coming shortly0

I've got a mate who works there, so can give you the low-down!
'esales' are the people who look after sales via the internet - i.e. they give you help and advice rather than take sales.
If you want to buy something you'll need to call the telesales (or direct sales) team on 0800 068 6570. (But I think that might just be for contracts rather than pay as you go)
Their deals are basically the same as the website, so you can either call them or get the same deal online. The phone number is on the website, so you can have a look there - and then decide if you want to buy online or give them a call. Very easy!
Hope this helps!0 -

Sorry but I haven't had any luck. I couldn't get through to the number given as it kept going to a house number! whoops! I got the lady out of bed . So I daren't try again! (The direct sales phone number as quoted above 08000684404)
Instead I phoned 191 from my mobile but they said they couldn't offer me a better deal than the one I already have 100mins/50texts for £15. They tried to tell me it was a very good deal but very politely I told them it wasn't according to O2 tariffs. So asked for my PAC code and that's on it's way............................ Have you tried to phone Vodafone Direct at all?
Couldn't find them (Vodafone Direct) on internet - just Vodafone and their deals weren't what I wanted i.e. too expensive.0 -

edna_clouds - was this on the normal Vodafone website please? Only I can't find anything else on line. Thanks!

Just wondering if anyone else had tried this number. I did again today but it doesn't seem to be the right one.0

. Thanks!
Try 08000686560.You have to ask to be put through to the chap I pm'ed you and be persistent. They will try all ways not to put you through. How did you get this number? have you been told you can phone this number?vodafone do not offer such a tariff and I can offer you exactly the same deal until you explain what was offered.
That first number was rarely answered and seemed to be a answer messaging service.Very strange that the number is now answered by someone expecting a call from their mother and not dealing with a phone request.
This is an absolute genuine offer.I have nothing to gain by fibbing.sometimes you're the pigeon, sometimes you're the statue!0 -
Good grief edna_clouds I didn't think for one moment you were fibbing! Just wondered if I'd got one of the numbers wrong that's all hence my "bumping" the thread up.
I'll ring tomorrow and ask specifically for that person, I have to admit I had forgotten about him until you just jogged my memory! lol Fingers crossed we'll somewhere as I have also been given a "task" by one of my son's friend to find him the cheapest tariff with 200 texts and X network for £30 max;).
Thanks again and sorry if you were offended0 -
