Looks about right to me.I paid an initial deposit of £500 then £500 for the next 12 months and only had £260.81 after tax.
The account only runs for 12 months. If you've typed in 1 year and 1 month to the calculator it will give you 13 months interest on the first payments (not 12), 12 months on the second payments (not 11) and so on.Martin's calculator says it should be £300?
I think the 12 month figure should be around £256. You have earned an extra £4 from the last payment.0
