    Hey Tig and all
Ive been rubbish quite frankly. Ive lost track of where I am, what Ive spent and feel really annoyed with myself that I can't even keep to a stupid budget. I could have our debts paid off so much quicker if I could just keep my spending under control! :(
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

    hi all ,
sorry i haven`t been onboard all week , i`ve been very busy with work .
i have had 4 no spend days :T
and 3 days when i have bought shopping ect. but only what i needed to buy and if it wasn`t on my list i didn`t buy it .
also got loads of birthdays this month so i allowed a certain ammount of money for buying birthday drinks ect. so far i`ve managed to spend a lot less on that than i thought i would so i`m very pleased with myself .
this thread has given me the incentive i needed to cut back on my spending ,
can we do this again in july please ?

I feel much the same sallyx. I start out with such good intentions and then forget something...

I think one of the good things about this challenge is that it highlights my attitude towards spending - and where I spend. For instance, I didn't buy anything for myself, but DD19's back home and I immediately spent money on ice cream and on a 'little something' I knew she'd like.

For myself, I'm doing fine. TOLD you I was missing something!!:rotfl:

Hi everyone! I've finally fallen off the wagon and have had a mocha for the past couple of days at 95p a time  In my defence, work has been very, very stressful for the past week so I'm feeling quite smug that it's only been £1.90 spent and not a lot, lot more. It was also going to be a Coke Zero when it was very hot a couple of days ago but the bloke that was going to the shop forgot to get mine so gave me the money back! It's pay day tomorrow so I think I've felt a bit frivolous with the money that's in my purse at the moment. Mind you, that's a bit of a novelty having money in my purse the week before pay day!!! :j
