Just had a free £5 from paypal

I know there have been threads about this in the past but up till now I have also missed out. Then this morning I received an email from paypal with a £5 off £10 spend discount code. :j

They must be doing a new batch.

I had the £10 no min spend from ebay and i have just had a £5 off £10 from goofbay, with 2 different codes

i got a whopping £25 off £100 but couldnt really afford to spend £100(as it excludes P&P) before the voucher expired

I have just had this too. Never heard of Goofbay sending these codes before..?

Do you know if they work? (Dont want to buy if they dont work)

Edit: Just did a 'dummy' run on an Immediate payment item. Tried both codes and got "This Redemption Code cannot be used from your PayPal account."

Got all excited for nowt then... I never get codes that work!

Try reading this you may need to link your paypal account to your ebay account (from within paypal rather than ebay).

I havent tried mine yet.... hoping it will work... or someone will be getting a stroppy email

i have just had an email from goofbay saying £5 off your next spend of £10 or more.

expiry date 09/06/08 voucher code 1 - CDV1, voucher code 2 CHV2

i have already used the CHV2 code as i had it in a message from ebay, wonder if i can use the CDV1 one aswell?
