Maybe it would be a good idea to leave slimming world for now, save up that money and put it to america. I find if i try and loose weight, it doesnt work, whereas if i just eat a bit better, allow myself treats, dont worry too much about it i loose weight/feel better.

Hmmmm.. at least you had your friend to rescue you should you need it! :D

This is true and thankfully I didn't need it.

Cup of tea has now turned into our own slimming group!! :rotfl:

3 of us are going to meet up have a cup of tea, a chat and maybe try out some recipes. Which will be nice and social without all the stress and pressure of going to class.

    And it will be free!

    Morning.

Well I am feeling a lot better this morning. Didn't worry abotu food last night as I am starting today.

I've weighed myself so I have my new starting weight and for ever lb I lose I am going to continue to put a £ towards my holiday. I am just going to eat sensibly and cut down on my calories as this should let me lose weight. When I nearly passed out last week, my Dr and I talked about weight loss and he said cutting your calories was the best way to do it.

Money wise, nothing much is happening, just plodding along until payday on the 20th. But I've not been adding to my debt which is one really good thing.

Tired today again though... I think I need to go to bed earlier!!!

Thanks. Well I figure if I just cut back on my calories I can still have jam on toast (like I did this morning) I just had medium brown bread and low calorie jam (no butter though) and I feel really good.

Oh I forgot... the cat brought a frog in last night  I am terrifed of Frogs   :o

Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
