Thanks everyone especially Findingmyfeet & Denisefowler. :A

I've just seen the lovely Banana Cake recipe and it just so happens I have some bananas that need using up. I think my Grandpa will love it.

The weight loss I mentioned wasn't exactly down to dieting. I was diagnosed with Coeliacs Disease last year and went straight onto the strict diet. I was quite depressed to start with especially because at the time I was Manager of a bakery.(I've since left thank god). I went from a size 10 to 6 within a month. I did look really good at my mum's wedding though. Because of this diet I have to eat more natural food like fruit and veg to get the necessary vitamins and iron. It also makes my grocery bill alot higher which is why I'm on here. I am please to announce that I am now a healthy size 10 again but now it's tough to stay that way.

I hope everybody's having a great weekend. My In-laws invited us out to dinner and they offered to pay so we don't need that much for tea. :j Thanks so much for the advise guys. I've even got my DH on here as he's just found the millie's cookies recipe. He He.

£Well went into town to get DD2 some new trousers as she has an interview for a job on Tuesday and popped to Lidl for dog food and a few other bits - £10.90 to to sig.

Anyway when we drove up to the house our next door neighbours were trying to hold up the wall:eek: all 8 foot high of it:eek:

So half our beautiful decorative wall is in a heap in the middle of the front lawn - we had to bring it down ourselves as there are lots of small children living in the street.

Well I think it may be time to go and make a theraputic batch of bread I think:rotfl:

That's fantastic and I hope you feel much better now. I know when I was young I used to have mega trouble putting weight on, I ate everything in sight and even used to take 'super weight on' and 'complan' as an added extra, but still it wouldn't go on (sounds good, but when you are mega skinny it's not fun - I used to wear 2 pairs of socks just to make my legs look fatter and I daren't go on the trampoline with the weaved top as the other kids used to laugh at me and tell me I'd fall through the holes! :o ), so it's good to see you're back to your normal weight.

Good luck with everything, I'm sure your grandpa will love the banana cake. :T and i'm sure your DH will be just as hooked as our other halves are becoming...

The wind got to it - I think it was the gusts rather than brute strength but the end result was the same!!!

    Hi
I'm declaring for June £209.45 - told you it was a bad mistake to let OH wander round Mr T's with me!!! Did try to persuade him to stay outside, but it was miserable and raining so he came in!!
NSD for today and don't need anything til pay day 28th. Planning the menu for this week and will have a go at the weetabix cake and banana cake.
Expecting a rotten day at work tomorrow, so full warpaint ready, favourite outfit ironed and high heels polished to give the impression that I am not bothered!!!!!!
Really windy here and have picked up tomato plants 3 times, pot of lillies x 2 and another pot x 2 - all are now plastered against the wall hoping that the wind won't catch them again. At least the washing dried quickly - just a pile of ironing to do but could leave it til tomorrow.

Can I have a go at target of £200 for July please Mrs M.

    thanks

Mortgage free as at 1/9/13 :j
To start work on the credit cards now!!
