That is handy. Must admit I hadn't really thought about how you apply to be a teacher, well, obviously you send a form in, I mean more how they differentiate between people... interesting!

Oh they are full of jargon, 'thought showers' is my new favourite, bunch of bull sh!!!tters....

But that is councils for you, never kill a tree when a forest will do!

I like the online business, because the forms take ages, then you have a letter to accompany said form, usually no more than 2 pages.All to convince them that yes, you can teach.....

They should all do a pool in my opinion, one form, one letter one interview and take your pick. Such a lot of time wasting excercises.
