    wel ive gotta say im:eek:
i have now finished reading your diary and i was just so shocked
all this talk of the garden and the veggies particularly the turnip
i thought 'theyve all got a garden fetish'
so i was going to post the correct term for that type of fetish and say im disgraced you are all this(inserted fetish title)

    but you know what
there is not a name for you lot
i searched wiki and google and something a bit  too
    but nope
you have bred a new one
    i am shocked

    :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I like to be different, i think linda B.O.S refers to it as the slackbladder thread, of course in order to have a slackbladder you need to eat dandelions. I am only considering nettles at the moment.
Is there a particular turnip/swede you are fancying?:rotfl: :rotfl:

I am very well, and am trying to be a good DFW, have just done my budget for the month and if i breathe fresh air, should be able to get away with no food for month:rotfl: :rotfl:

Those nettles look good now. Hmm Do you think it would be naughty to sneak into an old farmers field and nick some randomly growing cabbage? It is just lying empty, no other crop??? I could plant some turnip as a thankyou:o

so what are you upto tonight?

Amazon is similar, and i haven't mastered e bay yet. Tonight i am just having a chill before next week, and have caught up on washing etc. Dirty things the young ones in my house.
lol at the champers, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

just sold another book. I think!! it is pending something or other.

Why thank you ! :D I am known as El4L round these parts, short for L for Leather, to avoid confusion with the lovely Elantan, as we both answer to El - IYSWIM .

If you want to hatch a plot, then i reckon it is time to get in touch with R!!!, he is a wizard with hens. I am dying to know how they are getting on but i keep missing his posts. If you look on the greenfingered thread, one of my fav snooping holes, then there is a 'show us your plot thread' You would be surprised at what you can grow to save some money.

One of my old dogs..a springer spaniel was a monkey when it came to digging up one veg attempt i had many moons ago. He loved carrots, i thought it was a rabbit at first.:rotfl: :rotfl:

It's more our collie helping to water the lettuces that I'd be worried about......!
    :rotfl::rotfl:

Will definitely have a look on that board. I unearthed a load of nice pots in the garage clear out last weekend - some biggish ones and terracotta ones - so need to get them planted out for the summer....!

Ah ... the good life here I come! :p
