Hi everyone, and welcome to Shanes Angel :j

Not too bad a day today, but boy am I glad its the weekend! Plus 2 four day weeks ahead due to public holidays :D

Got some great bargains in asda today when doing my shopping - worth a look to see if they're in all the shops if you've one near you. Got 2 packs of aero mousse (4 in each pack) for £1, toffypops 2 packs for £1, large bottles of appletiser (usually £1.64) for £1 each, and the best - cans of pepsi: a 12 pack is usually £3.59, but you could buy 2 packs for only £3 so saved £4.18! Was really chuffed with that one :j There were some other good offers too which I can't remember just now, but was pleased with them. We now have a lot of soft drinks in the house :p

*hugs* to everyone, especially to those who seem to need them today.

Moggins - can I hitch a lift with Twink? That sounds lovely - I promise I'll be good! You wouldn't even notice I was there ;)

Me too moggins, I'll bring the gin and a large bottle of it too:T

I wanna be by the fire:D
  • I agree with Queenie and Tootles, I make hand-made cards and sell them but people don't want to pay the prices! I manage to sell enough to pay for the hobby but could never make it a business.

Happy crafting and hugs to all who need them. :D

    ;)

you just reminded me, they had discovery fajhita meal kits, and one was £2.66, or two for £2.50. It was cheaper to get 2 for some bizarre reason  We saw this on a few items around the store too, which really puzzled me as it couldn't possibly have been making them anything.

it was a bit too much for my brain to work out anyway last night when we went.

Think i might be having an early night, so i won't be popping round moggins. Enjoy it the rest of you.

  • Evening!

Shez, it would be great to meet for a latte and danish! We may just get to do it one time when I come darrrn sarrrffff to the Big Smoke! :T

Kaz, chutney will probably be different, but delicious with red toms! Let us know how it turns out! :D

Queenie, I got rid of a large piece of carpet (to a weedy allotment), and 2 big bags of toys. Received 2 pairs of walking boots, strawberry plants, folders and box file, co-ax cable, and several stocking fillers for DD. Will tell him that even elves Freecycle! :rotfl:

Catowen and Mrs Mix, have great parties!

    Snowy, (((((hugs)))))

Quickly, while DH has gone to make coffee, I went to see a financial adviser today, about the will that my mother's written, and I swear he was flirting with me   So long since that happened, that I'm not entirely sure!

Moggins, I'm on my way! Mine's a glass or red! Churchmouse(lion), I'm next to you! I have muffins and toblerone.

    See you tomorrow!

    Penny. x
