thanks GnB, very similar to the one my friend gave me the other week, except hers used sunflower oil (4tbspn) rather than butter.

might have to drop into sainsburys on the way to pick up next week's travelcard...

my muffin tin only has 6 in too, think i can use it without cases though as it's one of those bendy silicone ones..

Mine is a silicone one too and it works perfectly without cases, infact its better because you dont lose all the muffin that is stuck to the cases:D

Well the kitchen is gleeming, the ceiling, walls and woodwork all look great after a good scrub down. Though this also ment taht every thing else then needed a through clean do to water dribbling everywhere.

Think I'll start the hall once I've had my :coffee:, then need to get my application form done to post it off tomorrow. As said earlier leaving living room till later as though DS has turned the TV off, he know has lego everywhere.

    Welcome new people :hello:

I nipped out about 1pm (once the rain stopped and the sun made an appearance) to the garden centre for some cactus compost. 2 hours and £50.00 later I've come back with a car boot full of stuff :o And yes, you've guessed it, the sun's gone back in and the clouds are ominous again! Ahh me...

I shall go and finish my cup of tea, do one more round of crochet (I'm making a string shopping bag with some old wool that's been knocking about for years) and then put stuff in the garden in between the showers.

I also need to do some 'before' pix of the living room before I prep it for the new windows tomorrow. Then I need to 'prep' it - this involves moving stuff to the middle of the room so I'm going to leave it as late as possible. Then, of course, once it's moved, I need to Dyson behind it all!

AnW's Mum - wishing you a safe, wind free journey...
