lol
think a lot of folks are eager to post their first comps and get caught up in the 'woohoo! I've actually found a comp to post!!' that searching goes out the window!!
Thanks to all posters & merge requesters alike!Jo x2007:£5181.09 2008: £6619.70 2009: £4284.49 2010: £5213.14 2011: £4980.62 2012: £3188.52

I completely agree
what is the point of entering for something you don't want
or can't use
I loved last years challenge of winning your broadband costs back, and I originally signed up to this years too, but I think if we have another target next year, it might be nice to have something a little less ambitious - perhaps along the lines of seeing how many wanted/useful things we can winwhich would be fun, but also discourage random comp entering

Some (not all) of the people who signed up for it - especially later in the year - seem to enter for anything and everything in order to add it to their total regardless of whether they want the prize or not.

I completely agree with you with what you're saying here. Alongside the £2008 for 2008 I also set myself the challenge of trying to get all the xmas pressies I'd need for this year, I think I have 2 left to win for and I've also been fortunate enough to cover most of the birthdays we've had to buy for this year as well.
Some sort of target where every prize is wanted would be really good for next yearJust become FTBs & Aiming to be mortgage free by 2034

Thanks Lilias - but that's "one entry per person" not "one entry per IP address" - is that not more likely to be people submitting multiple applications with the same name & address.
I'm noticing more and more comps that specify in their T&C's "Only one entry per IP address".
I only enter comps for myself or my two children. If I think there is a comp friends/family members would like to win then I forward them the link so they can choose to enter themselves.:T*Thanks to all who posts comps * :j0 -
