    Thank you for sound advice and good sense, I've decided to print out all of my past posts and try and put myself back there and understand why we started all this. You are right if the interest rates go back up we would be in an even worse place than before and quite possibly no chance of renting anywhere!

    Hi Whatdowedo,

    I would suggest sending a private message to Richard_S, he moved out of his house, went into rented and then moved back into his house again, and missed a fair few mortgage payments on the way. He's really helpful and will do his best to answer any questions you have.
