I would alos like to let everyone know that by the end of November this year that Virgin Media will be the first ISP in the UK to start giving customers 50MB speed of broadband NOT capped!!!!

I would say to you then and anyone who is having this problem and is with O2 is to make the faults department at both O2 and A & L know in order for it to be looked into and resloved
It seems Ok now ... touch wood!!
Wouldnt mind but its a new A&L savings account, and the day I put money into it, I cant access it!!! :rotfl:

If anyone gets anymore faults with A & L online banking I would advise them to call internet banking services as it is likely they will get you up and running quicker and remember sometimes the website will be down for servicingDELETE ACCOUNT.

There does not appear to be a problem with A&L web site, I use it everyday and have no problems from both home and work, the problem appears to relate to ISP.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0

They sent a message to say my 12 digit number would be changing to 8. Did not get a new number. They blocked access without warning.
When I informed them, they gave me a new number, which did not work with the pin. Then they said they would send a new pin by post.......still waiting two weeks later !!! I have no idea what's going on, and neither it seems have they.
You are not alone - this is exactly what has happened to me. I have just run up yet again to try and get a PIN0 -

They wont give you your PIN over the phone or branch, you will need to request a new one.DELETE ACCOUNT.
