Have you tried a static DNS server in PC IP settings?Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. Ah yes, O2 are one of those infuriating ISPs who do transparent proxying (to compress the images etc and save them bandwidth/money). It's handy for their mobile internet but would be highly annoying on the desktop!
That's why the https link works, as it bypasses it - they obviously just capture everything on port 80 (the non-secure stuff). There's nothing you can do, except use the https link posted earlier.
I'd switch ISP. I hate the ones who mess around with my traffic.0

Gah! From the frying pan into the fire there :rotfl: Good luck getting rid of AOL afterwards.
ISPs are definitely one of those where you get what you pay for, and so picking the cheapest (The MSE Way) is not necessarily the best option. ADSL24 is a nice middle ground, and does absolutely no sneaky trickery like transparent caching or traffic shaping.0

Try Virgin media, they are hard to beat, I use them at home and they provide a lease line for the two sites of the company I work for, reiable, fast and no funny maskware like AOL.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want?
