Sitting here absolutely freezing cos got home and hubby still out shopping and fire hasn't been on since last night and i don't know how to light the oil fire! Might go out in a minute to see the local town's light switch on-it's only a little one and DS might like it. Been v restrained with my spending-long may it last! Went to a kid's party today which was good. Getting my hair coloured tomorrow-it looks so dull it desparately needs it plus i get 20% off because of who i work for which is good.HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

Finally warmed up when DH came in-he'd bought himself a new suit with the money he'd saved giving up smoking. I must admit I felt slightly envious and mean spirited and begrudging because I never spend much money on myself ( except my nice new haircolour-ahem!) but he needs an incentive to give up and I guess treating yourself is a good way to keep motivated from smoking 20 a day-which is SUCH a waste of money so I let him off and stopped being such a green eyed monster! I had yesterday off and spent the day shopping for the pre school raffle-great way of retail therapy because we've had various stores donate vouchers and I've been making up a luxury hamper with it-lots of fun for free! i also went swimming on my own for once which was lovely as I went at 3pm when the pool was kidfree! I can't believe that I will give birth next month-yikes! I feel a lot better than at the same point in my pregnancy last time which is good. My back has been far better-last time I had to see the ostepath and I was in agony but I've been sensible and worn sensible shoes instead of tottering about in heels defiantly like last time! I'm out on Thursday, Friday and Saturday but Thursday is a meal paid for by the company and Saturday I've already paid for as well last month so only Friday to pay for-I'm going to allow £30. Hopefully my food bill will be low this week as we are eating out a lot! Got next terms swimming lessons to pay for on Friday but for about the first time ever I've got the money saved!going to meal plan this afternoon for a cheap weekly shop and also need fuel but thank goodness that has gone down.HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

Spent £63.76 on shopping and 33.32 on petrol-for a full tank as well!-waiting for my mystery shop money. Need to find a new 0% card for my Halifax card-it's crazy-my current minimum payment is £13.66 but on the statement it said that my interest next month will be £15.66-how does that make any sense!- so i'm changing it pronto!HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

I was meant to have the morning off but ds's preschool were short staffed so I was asked to go in for an hour and a half to help out clearing up etc. Wasn't really best pleased as I had booked half a day hols and was going to put my feet up as I am 33 weeks preggers now but hey ho-I'm on the committee and noone else would do it. DH says it's because I'm a soft touch! Anyway back in work this afternoon and have got my works meals at 6pm-yum yum 3 courses all paid for by work! NSD today which makes a nice change!HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

Had a really busy weekend-had a nice meal on Thursday and on Friday I stayed out until 1.30 without feeling tired! Then we went out on Saturday and I danced until 12.30! Had to have an extra nap on Sunday though because I was exhausted! Got a Sainsbury's shop booked online to be delivered on the 21st as cannot face going round a busy supermarket searching for brussells when 35 weeks pregnant! Got tomorrow off so am aiming for a relaxing day at home on my own preparing for Christmas.HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

Spent yesterday dozing on the sofa all day doing precisely nothing. DS was at nursery and I had a purely selfish me day as will get no time to myself for the next 3 years! Felt a bit ropey as I think I overdid it at the weekend and putting Christmas deccies up. I fell asleep for 2 hours on the sofa-did manage to get out for a swim though to cancel all the lolling. Back at work today-need to get some more biooil today to prevent stretch marks and it costs a flipping fortune but used it last pregnancy and didn't get any and have used them thus far and have none so daren't stop slapping it on! Went shopping last night and spent £55-got three lots of organic mince on whoopsie for 48p per pack which was a bargain so we are having spag bol, chili and shepherds pie all week! Waiting for my expenses to come through and a mystery shop payment-wish they'd hurry up! Need to get my Christmas cards out as well-must post them-I wrote some in November and then just stopped! Need petrol today-I've ploughed through loads this week as I've been the designated driver for every event we've been to! The joys of being the pregnant one-what you save on booze you spend on petrol-I know which one I prefer spending money on. I won a Rimmel lipstick the other day from my comping splurge I was on! Hope the holiday is next!HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

My full tank of petrol cost £32-was £47 at the peak of high prices. Going out for a meal tonight-have already paid a tenner towards it so should cost me about £12. I'm driving but it is in the next village so not too bad. had the morning off but spent most of it cleaning and cleaning out the guinea pigs! Had a 20minute sit down which is better than nothing!HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18
