If you're going for EO position - You need 11 to pass out of 15 not 9 in the literacy test! - if you get 9 that is for AO position pass mark!

If you're talking about a literacy test then if it is a MEMO look out for the date and spelling errors for e.g. Personel and capital letters Personnel, There were capitals missing from postcode, the date was wrong format, too spelt as to or the other way around, two question marks missing, couple of spelling mistakes like an s at the end of a word that should not have been there. There and their, where and were, Words written as plural when it should be singular e.g. item(s)

Misspelling like PersoNel, questioNnaire, memorandum etc

Take a ruler with you so you can tackle a sentence at a time

    Good luck![FONT=&quot]

If your posts are representative of your literacy then let's hope you fail again and are refused a position. It's tough enough for claimants without them having to cope with incompetent differently-ableds like you!
