    HI Nats,

    Feel good today!

Bit too relaxed though! Didnt come online last night as i just chilled.

Ive still had no joy on the SBSP cake either. I did find a proper cake tin on amazon but didnt realise it was the US site. Im gonna ring round all the local asdas/sainsbury etc and see if they have any in stock. But this all depends on DS behaving.

    As, we are,

Also starting to have problems at school again with DS. Not sure whats kicking it off. But the teacher doesnt help the situtation. I never usually get to pick DS up and she didnt even look at me. I waited until 3.15 to ask how was his day etc, turns out it was terrible, but as ive said before to the school, if they dont tell me i cant help. If i hadnt of stayed to talk to her, then no one would have told me anything, turns out it all started last week. Well ive been rewarding him each day (20 mins on laptop) for good behavour. As ive heard no different. Seems like its all slipping back into the routine. Already today he has apparently had another paddy as soon as he got to school saying he didnt like it there.

Oh dear, another day! Best get back to work, seems to be no major problems there.

Hi Ang!! Still no thoughts on the SBSP cake I'm afraid!! I will keep thinking though. Could you make the cake bit and then get them to decorate the top themselves???? Could be messy but they may enjoy it!

Glad you feeling better - nothing wrong with chilling!!!!

For DS's school - do you have a contact book? My SS has a book that is written in by either the teacher, assistant or parent when anything good, bad or something that be upsetting them / generally having an effecton their behavious happens. That way it is all there in black and white. You can even mark the pages out into a chart so the teacher just needs to tick a box - unless something warrants further explanation! Just a thought!!

    Keep smiling!!

Thanks people - I have tracked down a cake!!! :j :j :j After phoning Mr T (not helpful at all:mad: ) ive found an asda which has them, they were great, put me through to the bakery and a girl called haley has put one away for me to collect on Thursday!

If it wasnt for clubcard points and asdas being so far away i would start using them instead. Tescos just said, no you have to come into the store to check.

So am off to Wallington tomorrow afternoon before i pick DS up from school. I have also given in on the tv for DS. I had bought one last week before he started messing around on Monday. Its still not been delivered, so am hoping it arrives tomorrow! The plan is he can open up all his other pressies and then go to his room to get changed and the TV will all be set up for him with a bow wrapped round it. He should be over the moon with it.

I have £60 left for the meal tomorrow and the cake and any other last minute things i may need for Fridays sleepover. It is going to be so tight. But we should be just fine.

I need to re-jig my figures for the 4k challenge as my travel card has gone up which = another £52 a year. Also the £100 i gave to dad came from there, and theres only £62 left in the account. Really need to sit down tonight and have a look at them. Also plan out next week. I think my CB goes in on Monday which would be very handy at the moment.

    Hope everyone is well.

  • Hi Angie, just a quick thought ref the osteo. If it's an ongoing problem might be worth looking into osteo training schools near you (I.Y.K.W.I.M.) We've got a European school of osteopathy not to far away and they use you as a guinea pig for the students( only 2nd and 3rd year ones so not novices) they're always supervised and you often get two or three working on you. Initial treatment was £10/12 then further treatments were about £5. It's been a while since I went but they were amazing!

TV arrived yesterday and is hidden away until later today. Leaving at 1 today so should be a nice easy day.

Budgets are still okish, :o . Have drawn an extra £15 for DS cake (not sure how much it is) and any other last min party bits. I dont usually go to asdas, is there anything i should look out for? Partywise?

Hope everyone is good. Just realised ive been working at the same place for 6 years yesterday! How times flys, i was a dappy 17 year old when i started!

Everything went well last night, DS is so happy with his telly. Meal was ok, except i didnt get to eat! Long Story!

Half day again today, as DS sleepover, need to prep all the food and decorate the living room. Oh, and DS has made a requested for sandwiches to be made and put in the fridge for there midnight feast, but i have to pretend i dont know about it!

Anyway, off to work i go.

Glad DS likes the telly!! At least you have this afternoon to get sorted - did the cake plan work out?

Will be back later, gotta disappear into a meeting about some new software for the company!! (joy!)
