I just dont really know what im doing anymore.

What you are doing Angie is getting yourself sorted! And you are doing it really well with a lot more gumption than me!!! :T There are going to be a few highs and lows along the way but you are on the right path and steaming along in the direction of being DF!!!!

I know its not easy when you are at a job you don't really like (or just aren't that interested in any more)! Just keep ploughing away until you find something else - have you signed up to any agencies? One memeber of permanent we had here came through an agency! Just think.... you wouldn't be able to take part in the £4000 challenge if it wasn't for your job - a means to an end shall we say!!

Chin up - you are doing fab!!!! Nats x ;)

    Thanks Nats.

Im feeling a bit better, helps im at home now! Will be be trying to get in early like this morning as whatever happens i will need the money.

The think is im quite sad and enjoy working in accounts, my firm can be really good at times but its bad at the moment and there isnt alot of money. Its constant chasing money and then trying to put suppilers off. Also my boss phoned to moan about some bits last night at 7 and it really peed me off. And he is still being a !!!! today. I hope his mood improves soon!

Never mind, one of the agencys i sent my cv too last night have phoned to ask a bit more, they have forwarded my cv so its an ok start. After my last disaster of an interview i feel more confiendent for the next one - if i do get one.

Still sticking to budgets, did spend £14.10 in primark on some bits, gloves again for DS, a few vests and a pair of trousers for work. The trousers fit well around my hips, and they last a couple of months as long as i wear heels, but i tent to wear flats on my way to work. Im going to try and hold them back for an interview though as all my others are getting a bit tatty. I suppose i could get another pair but i want to TRY and not spend any more than i have too.
Also out of the clothes/living budget i need to get my hair cut, ESM rekons she can use her student card if she pays for both. I can then pay her back so am hoping to do that.

Wel didnt get into work early, but stayed late instead.:o Managed to blag a lift home. As i didnt get in until 6.30 ive spent £2.30 on fish and chips for DS dinner. Will update my sig in a little bit. DS is happy as he hasnt had fish and chips from the takeaway for ages. Also managed to blag a bottle of wine from work :j so will be having a glass in a bit after DS is in bed.

Had a nice surprise in the post, my cheque from British Gas, will bank that in tomorrow.

Have also had a text from my auntie (mums side) who hasnt spoke to me since the funeral. Ive suggested meeting up with her in Feb, not sure if she will though. It would be nice if we could meet up. Im thinking if just calling her tonight? Not sure though, its been so long. I dont really have any family, on DS me and my dad and it would be nice for DS too. He doesnt even know who she is.

Anyway, need to put muchkin to bed.

Hi Angie! Sorry I have been a bit lax on writing on your diary of late - although I have been reading daily and keeping up!

I hope your BG cheque is in the bank?

Work has been sooo busy since we came back on Monday - I'm struggling to fit it in around being on here!!:rotfl:

I'm just starting to realise how long this is going to take (getting DF). Things aren't happening as quick as I would like, but at the moment I'm not really taxing myself too much as I don't want to leave myself too short, get the hump and give up! By next month I hope to have got total control on my situation and speed things along a little!

I hope you and DS are both well?

Have a great weekend and I'll try and catch up agian as I am at work tomorrow!!

    Afternoon,

Was out at dads last night, had great fun and DS enjoyed it. Also managed to blag dinner so very MS. Shame i had to get up at 7 this morning. DS wanted to sleep in as we didnt get in til 12:eek:

Still sticking to budgets, had to go into work for a while today as the backups have on awol. Its a nightmare, but needs to be done.

Off out tomorrow to the London museum as DS is learing about the plague at school and wants to know more. Its a cheap day out and hopefuly he will learn something. DS wants to take packed lunches too - need to get bread on soon.

Also need to get more milk and some fruit for DS, i have marked a 2 pint carton and water down the milk i use for tea/coffee/cooking. Its saving quite a bit, have had to put it at the top of the fridge as DS has been drinking it instead of the other one.:o

Have got loads to do though,

Update budgets / sigs / excel sheets

Get Works work done before Monday

Tidy the house - have loads to do its scary

Loads of other bits. Gonna have a cup of tea first.

Well we didnt get to go out today. Work is really taking over my life. I have had to log off now. Still got loads to do but have until Tues. DS has had hardly any attention today which isnt good. He did help me out today though and managed to get all the bits in the bread maker for me. Ive just finshed reading his story and am gonna have a cup of tea and a relax, my back is killing where i have been sitting at my desk all day, i really need to start going back to the osteo but it is so expensive.

So im now sitting on the sofa, not sure its much better, just going to update budgets, not that there is too much as we havent gone anywhere today. Just need to transfer money over for my train tickets. Then sort some lunch for myself. Then SLEEP :j

Hey Nats, Time for a bit of an update me thinks

Everything is ok, finished what was needed but its taken so long! DS has been ignored since saturday really and i been feeling really guilty about it. I spend far too much time on work and will get on with checking some more jobs out as i havent heard anything back yet. I need more time with him and work should not come before him. Id be happy doing anything as long as it pays the bills. Plus im starting my OU course in Feb and somehow need another 24hrs in the week.

Also really need to get to the osteo soon, my back is killing and ive already had a mirgrane yesterday. I stopped going as it was £80 a month. Im hoping somehow to get it on the NHS or joining BUPA or something. I must be able to save money on it somehow.

Budgets are still going to plan kind of :o I banked the BG Cheque on Monday and its now in my bank account, first time the overdraft isnt in use at this time of the month - im always overdrawn, lol. Anyways paid £60 BG and have decided to leave the argos at £40 as there is not interest on it. Not sure what to do with the rest, Vanquis needs to be paid off asap as its got a stupid APR.

Its DS birthay next thursday, i cant beleive he is 7  It seems like yesterday he was a baby. And his attitude has changed so much, the little git at school has gone and ive got my boy back. The school phoned to say thanks for whatever your doing, but ive not done anything. I must admit i had a total ban on computer games since summer last year but i dont know if this explains the change. I think he is just growing up and begining to understand certain things. Anyway birthday, money side, i have none, I do already have 2 books for DS but am stuck for anything else  We are out thursday for a meal and on friday he has his sleepover (still not sure where to sleep 4 kids). Plan is that i wont have them until 6, and then for dinner they can make own pizzas (might make the bases before hand) to have with wedges/ribs/chicken/colsaw/pot salad. Then games and movies. They should have fun and it should be quite MS. On the other hand the meal out on thursday wont be so MS, but he is worth it.

Well if anyones got to here, sorry for the long post about nothingess. Hope everyones well

    Hello,

Feeling a bit better today, still being sick though, really want to go home and snuggle up on the sofa with DS and my duvet.

Have booked an app at the osteo for Monday. They have suggested joining HSA as they can pay part of the costs. This is an extra £40 not budgeted for but i will find the money.

I have paid another £60 off both Vanquis and Cap One.

Really need to go and do a bit of a food shop tonight, have got nothing left accept pasta. Am def going over budget, but not the £100 one :o bit confusing.

Hope everyone is having a good day.
