I dont think so, there have been loads of posts on here with similar mis-prices etc, (the Garden Room springs to mind), I am by no means legal and have a very limited knowledge, but I think it is quoted as 'Invitation to Treat' etc etc. Someone with better legal knowledge will be along soon and they will help, but I am sure they will say there is no way you can force them to honour the price/mistake

Oh well, seems like a genuine pricing error. Nothing ventured nothing gained. I guess the refund will appear in the next day or two.

Back to looking for a proper bargain on a mattress then.

Yep, mine's cancelled too. Can anyone who phoned them about a refund tell me how long they said we'll have to wait for it?

Order cancelled today too.

Money was taken as pending a few days ago and shows a being taken out fully today.

this is from their t & c's
3.2 Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

Thankyou. You just confirmed what I have been saying earlier in this thread: that the money is only reserved until the payment clears into their account, and it isn't held until delivery.

You should get a refund within a couple of days.
