My order status was struck showing accepted as well and i was expecting it to just be cancelled so if you get a random call out of the blue keep your fingers crossed.

Mine showed up as due to be delivered on the 11th but when they called they arranged delivery for the fourth this didnt change in the order status that still showed the 11th as expected delivery. So i rang CS to find out what was going on and was told that the order status is only a guide!!!! So good luck to enyone who has not yet had their order cancelled there is still hope!!!!

Ordered 2 Trizone mattresses on the 25th of May, everything looked good until an hour ago when I got an email entitled "Important news about your order"

They've now cancelled my order so I'll have to look elsewhere...nothing ventured, nothing gained as they say! Hope others have better luck!

I think I must be too nice to be a millionaire. When I make a mistake on a price on my web site, and someone spots the mistake I let them have it for the lower price. Obviously I correct the error. I just think it is the right thing to do. If I can do it with a small business, then I think large companies should do the same.

I was just wondering, seen as some people (above) have had their mattress at the lower price, how can Marshall Ward send us an email and cancel ours? What is the legal position? Fair enough if they cancelled all of them, but some of them. It stinks.
