savings on matresses at marshall ward

anyone buy the cheap matresses from marshall ward a few weeks ago (cant find the thread)... just got an email saying they were wrongly priced online and the order was canceled. suppose it was too good to be true alothough they still have my money, better come through soon.

I haven't had a cancellation email and it's still showing as accepted in 'track orders' in the account part ~ says delivery due date, 13th June?!

Same here, still not been cancelled, & have the same delivery date as you. Theyve even prepared a statement on the 30th.

i have been lurking on this site for a while and have finally plucked up the courage to join so hello!!!

Anyway i ordered a chelsea king on the the 21/05 and after reading the thread was exepcting to hear nothing more from marshall ward and just receive a refund for the goods. Today out of the blue i received a call from an advisor to confirm my delivery on wednesday between 11-3 :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j

so dont give up hope if you have still not had your order cancelled you may be lucky like me and get a call out the blue to arrange your delivery!!!

hi, i had the cancelation e mail to on friday, today i rang up about returns i had sent back and said to cs "is my mattress still coming on the 12th?" she looked into it and said its been canceld by customer i told her i hadnt she has now passed it over to her team leader to look into. i said to her you had an offer on my order was accepted so its only fair i should still get it and she agreed.

im not holding out for this tho but still poss hope
