If you are getting an EPC it's worth shopping around - the estate agents appear to be a lot more expensive than independent assessors - depending on the size of property they are anything from about £60 upwards.

Hi, I got an energy performance certificate done a few months ago through a guy that works for himself in Newry, lot cheaper than through estate agents. His e-mail is damianshields@ymail.com.

  • Hi folks

Can anyone recommend an EPC assessor in Belfast who charges a reasonable amount? Cheapest I've seen from a quick Google was 67. I need to get 2 of these so am hoping somewhere will do a discount for 2.

    Cheers
