Just back from Lunches to go there brilliant value!!
My EA never really bother to contact me about the EPC and when they did they give me a name of an EPC Assessor told me how professional there were and they would be good value - £150 he was going to charge me good value?? My !!!!!
It is law that if your house is on the market you obtain an EPC set by the government - I feel they maybe will set a date as to when all houses currently on the market will have to have one done by and any houses put on the market after this date will need one before it goes on the market!0 -

We are looking into moving home & reading through the house threads on here I came across hips which I vaguely recall hearing about before. However all I can find out on the we is that they are compulsory in England & Wales, no mention of NI. Does anyone know would we need one?
