I use Tesco non-bio-it's the only one that doesn't bring on DDs ecezma.0
-
I used Daz, then reduced the cost by using Asda's own bio, and now I'm using Asda Value bio. I haven't noticed any difference in the results.0

Add soda crystals to your mix - it's generally cheaper so can pad your washing powder out even further.

I use Morrisons own brand (Cyclon) which is just as good (if not quite as nice a smell) as the expensive Persil I used to get - just because thats what I was brought up on!!
I've recently started halving the amount I use and throwing in a handful of soda crystals - helps bulk out the powder and gets rid of limescale (we live in an area where the water is so hard you sometimes have to chew!!!:rotfl: ) - and haven't noticed any change in the cleanliness/freshness of the washing."...I, being poor, have only my dreams;

I have surf tropical 90 washes (actually I have four, but my kitchen smells lovely. Lol, dual purpose, giant air fresheners and washing powder in one.
)which I got for £9.00. The smell is divine! I also have loads of other powders/tablets/liquids. I am not loyal to any brand, I buy whichever is on offer.

I use the Bold, don't have to use seperate conditioner and it's about the only one I can use without DP having a reaction to. I also use much less than recommended for lightly soiled clothes, half or sometimes a third, lasts me soooo much longer.One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
I buy 1 box of the value brand, 1 box of the shop's own and 1 bag of soda crystals. Mix them all together in a large tin/container. The use half the normal amount. Gets my clothes clean plus I don't have any residue on them afterwards.0

We've been using Tesco value washing powder for the past couple of months and had no probs with it, gets our clothes clean and we find it gentle on our skin too.If everyone cared and nobody cried, if everyone loved and nobody lied, if everyone shared and swallowed their pride then we'd see the day when nobody died.
ROCK IT DON'T STOP IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BE GOOD OR BE GOOD AT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
