Hi
I used this offer in March and still waiting for it to be tracked and validated. Has anyone else had the same bad experience with this offer?0 -
Hi all:hello:
I managed to haggle my way down to £6.59 per month for top level of breakdown cover with greenflag. I used to be with RAC but they left my other half at the side of the road after being involved in a 60mph collision for nearly 4 hours so I was not impressed, I rang round a few and basically played one against the other (legally of course) and the best price was this - I havent managed to beat it yet - until now of course but very wary of RAC as every aspect of their customer service was dire. oooh what to do???You cant have everything; where would you put it?Reclaimed: marbles c/card-£131.00,MBNA c/card-£385.00,Capital One c/card-£230.00,Natwest c/card-£248.68,Nationwide PPI-£1590.88,Nationwide c/card-£56.21,Barclays PPI-£2805.280 -

I am completly satisfied with their service and dont want to change. I pay £185 in 4 monthly instalments. I know I pay extra for paying this way but cant afford the lump sum. It doesnt say on the letters I have recieved at what level the membership is but I think it is a family one how many family members can you have on a family policy. We are now retired so dont use the car for going to work. My husband and I (how royal) travel together so one of us could come off would I be able to put our daughter on the policy she doesnt live at home would this make any difference?. I have just received my Tesco points all £25 worth so I cant pay with these. Would it be better for me to cancel my policy and start again anew as I dont get any extra benifits for being a good and loyal customer. Thanks Carbootycat
Don't seem to get any prizes these days for loyalty0 -
Basically No - sorry. From what I can see you can have discount and cashback, or, you can pay with Tesco deals.Need a bit of help here. I want to take out RAC membership - have been saving up Tesco vouchers specifically for this so its come at a good time. However, I want to:
- Go via Quidco as I will get £40 cashback for going with option 3
- Use Tesco vouchers to pay
- Still get the on-line discount rate RAC are offering for online applications.

My wife's car broke down 12 miles away from home coming back from work.
To tow the car back home the charge was £100 for 0-25 miles over and above 10 miles.
So for addtional 2 miles you pay £100 that is £50 per mile.
So when you pay pea nuts you only get monkeys.
Not to mention the stress my wife was going through.0 -

Sounds like your wife had roadside cover, I think this means if they can't fix the car they will tow it to a garage within 10 miles. I have just taken out the Solution 1 cover which has the same (tow to a garage within 10 miles) but they will transport me to my UK destination regardless of how many miles.0 -

Did the same yesterday. Hadn't used Quidco since 2006 so logged on sorted out the RAC but noticed that I had £85 waiting for me for an item I bought (and immediately returned) 2 years ago so does that mean I got the RAC cover for £-74........0 -
Lost faith in Quidco, so I'd like to go with Rpoints. Does anybody know if Rpoints will match Quidco's £40 for Options 3 & 4?
Also, do I get cashback if I was a customer with RAC about three years ago? Been with AA since.
BTW, every time I would renew with the AA, I'd ring them to cancel, when they asked why, I'd say 'because you offer new applicants a better deal on line.' Everytime, they'd allow me to renew with the same online price0
