  • And they want to put charge up from £128.44 to £180. I have Roadside, Home Start, Relay and Stay Mobile cover!

Anyone know a good way of getting this down?

Does anyone know of a way to reduce the cost of renewing an existing membership? Or is it best to cancel and sign up again?
Do neither,Just go to AUTO AID it's a type motor breakdown insurance, you get ALL the benefits just for £36,the only slight drawback is that you have to pay on the spot and then reclaim the money back.:money:

Forgive me if this is a daft question, (I'm new to cashback!) but is the £22 paid back every month??

    Thanks!!
    :money:
No the cashback is a ONE OFF payment, why not try AUTOAID as recommended by MARTIN it only costs £36 for everything, take you home, garage or whatever, check it out.

I've changed the original post to clarify this

hi. i`ve just had my renewal quote for £119. for joint membership roadside&recover. for £126 I can get full cover . I`ve just regester my tesco club card points and got full cover for £40 .very good deal, i say also you could say that it is free just because i did some shopping at tescos. regards jm.
  • Personally, I went for this:
    • Full UK and European breakdown cover for any insured driver
    • Home assistance service
    • Roadside repairs
    • Recovery to the nearest garage, your intended destination or home
    • Car hire or public transport costs
    • Accommodation costs
    • Save at least 50% on similar policies with the AA and the RAC
    • Enjoy the peace of mind that 115 million other drivers are covered by Europ Assistance
£59 for full cover, including European cover.

I guess it depends on what you want/need from a breakdown service.

    Thanks for this one...

Just booked it to start at the end of my AA Membership; what a bargain! Following falling out with the AA this is just what I needed to keep me covered come August.

    Thanks again

Ah good, I'm glad this made it into an MSE post and the email. I spotted it a couple weeks ago via quidco and thought it was an excellent offer. Have been posting about it in topics ever since. :) Hopefully we'll all get the cash back - what a good incentive/low cost offer!
