I have dealt with DLC and have found them to be very aggressive.:mad: I would advise you not to talk to them on the phone and only contact them in writing for your own protection.

Thay haven't been aggressive just mildly annoying. I quite like the interaction

Okay if you can handle dealing with DLC on the phone then that is fine but they can get very nasty so I only deal them in writing so that I can control the situation and have proof for my records.
