It all stems from the Payday Loans offer on Quidco. I borrowed £100, paid back £125 and got £70 cashback. DLC contacted me to say they haven't received a repayment and are chasing me for it. I have proof on my bank statement that I have so I faxed them twice (not received on both ocassions) and then posted them a copy.

I am still getting phone calls saying that the money hasn't been received! I have shown them proof that payment was made! I wish they would just fudge off

I don't believe that, I know lloyds very well and their acceptable risk level is not the same as halifax:rolleyes:
