Well guys, this appeared in my Spam inbox today
made me chuckle but also rather annoyed as I know with alot of the other regulars on the board causes alot of heated debate

    "Dear Sir/Madam
We are looking to recruit and train a small team of Associates in the North Of Scotland.
Positions are available on either a part-time or full time basis with flexibility to work around your
Present commitments, which makes this opportunity very attractive.
You may or may not be aware that consumers can now challenge present finance agreements written
Prior to April 2007 under the 1974 Consumer Credit Act and this covers a wide area and includes
Bank Charges, Insurance Protection, Life Cover and Mortgages etc.
Claimants will have the opportunity to have a legal audit carried out on their financial agreements to
establish whether they are enforceable in a court of law.
Over 31 Million people in the UK have credit cards and early indications show that as much as 83%
    maybe unenforceable
resulting in refunds of all payments plus interest resulting in total debt written
    off.
Our legal team are Ratio Money Limited who are based in England as 95% of all credit agreements
are written under English and welsh law giving jurisdiction through English Courts which speeds up
compensation cases although most lenders tend to settle before the case is heard in the court.
What makes us different is that we provide a service to our customers on a no win no fee basis"
Salary being offered up to £40k,

hi i have a barclaycard with a £1950 limit i pay £23 per month on it (it is with mercers until i get it below credit limit ) then it goes back to barclaycard now this account has quite a few hundred in charges on it, but if i keep paying and using it (if i am allowed) am i right in thinking this would be much better for my improving my score / rating thus enabling me better credit chances?

    Claim back the charges:confused:

With a legitimate reason of course?

Interesting is that these companies really do not know what they are talking about. The above ad talks of consumer credit agreements being written off and this includes mortgages, which are of course were not regulated by the Consumer Credit Act prior to 2007 and therefore not liable to be unenforceable.

    Chumps!

I agree but it goes to show that in this day and age these companies will be crawling out of the woodwork and people will use them more and more to get out of paying their debts, it makes me angry. Getting out of paying your debts should never be looked on as the 'norm', wonder how long it will be before people start trying to get out of paying their mortgages.
