can anyone on here help with my problem i have a CIFAS search on y credit file it is not in my name but my son in laws am i right in thinking he has applied for credit in my name (it was refused). Can i have it removed? wont help my already bad score will it?Make £11,000 in 2011 / ebay £6000

You can contact the company who placed the CIFAS flag on your report and ask them why they did it. Having a flag in itself does not preclude you from accessing lines of credit.0
