I spoke to some idiot in the branch on the telephone, he said yes i can upgrade your account he went into the back office system and upgraded it to an Advantage Gold Account, he said "you need to come in to sign it" i said "okay" anyway i went on-line and it was showing as an Advantaged Gold and i thought "yes" about time i hadn't been overdrawn in 3 years!!!!!. Anyway about 30 Mins later just as i was going to leave to go ino town the telephone rang it was Crapwest, they said we can't do the upgrade this way, sorry, we will have to change it back well i went mad, ever since i have been hunting for a desent account.
