    Not sure, but if ONE person has actually gone intoo the system and tells you that your application has been accepted then I would be inclined to believe it.
    Quite possible the 2nd call has been taken by a lazy !!!!!! who couldn't be bothered to check.

    i hope so what kind of customer services is that makes me wonder if i have been accepted do i actually want it now!

    I know how you feel, Natwest did this to me the other year, they Upgraded my account and took it away 2 hrs later, to say i was annoyed would be an understatement. :mad: :mad:

    yes thats why i applied as i was accepted by them i thought maybe i would be ok with one of there other cards!
