Okay lets put it like this. NO they are not a good bank. They take ages to do anything!! over 2 weeks to set-up a savings account :mad: asked for an application for a multifunction card 3 weeks ago still nowt :mad: , their On-line banking isn't very good at all. I'm not keen on their telephone banking either, they can't do anything, you always have to speak to your branch which isn't much good to me because you can never speak to your local branch on the telephone, they are either engaged or never pick up when tele banking transfer you. I have now given up on them and have transfered to Barclays. There On-line banking is so much better. I have the local branch telephone number and i am in travelling distance of my local branch.

I place an order and 5 days later it was delivered. Just figured out I had been accepted! £80 limit to start off with and the following month it was raised to £130

No, not rude at all. Came across it on another site and thought it was funny so nicked it

It had some device over the slot - but being a barclays one which have templates on anyway I thought it looked kosher. Luckily I shielded my pin and cancelled the card straight away. Told the police aswell, but they wont do !!!!!! all!

About 5 mins later I saw some s*#t bag come and remove it and a camera from above.... was tempted to deck him but didn't fancy a gang of s*#t bags piling on me!!

At least I can have the satisfaction of knowing they'll get nothing out of me!
