    i cleared my balance in oct of £102 and owed them zero and now they have marked 2 missed payments againest me saying i still owe them £149 am not happy

    God how thick are they!!!
    My Dad has an account with them but he refuses to order anything from them because i read they are crap with credit limits and mucking around with them.

    Good stuff! I'm hopng they'll be as quick with me as going by what a few others have said on here, they have been known to take a telephone call chasing them after a fortnight or so of waiting.
    Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

    balance on 02 oct was £102 and same day i made payment £102 and they tryed to send me a letter saying i ordered goods in 21st septh for around £132 but my question is why wasnt they added to full balance if they say so.

    cant say i have had a problem i always order something every month and pay off in full started with £200 now at £1100 in 3 months
    If you dont like me remember its mind over matter, I dont mind and you dont matter ;)

  • Anyone know of a mail-order catalogue that checks Experian? I'm finally showing on the Electoral Roll but only on Experian and not on Equifax...

    I know Shop Direct (littlewoods etc) check Equifax.
    Freemans Catalogue may do.
