I would think about closing at least the Vanquis card as you have got better cards than that, with lower APR.

You could try making some smaller purchases on the Capital One card and MBNA card, and paying those off in full every month to got lots of nice green ticks going.

You could then use the flybe for maybe larger purchases but obviously exercise control lol.

That's just me personally though.

how do you find out your credit score ?

i got the vanquis but not activated the card yet.

How long should i wait before asking MBNA for a increase in credit limit?, also what about cap one. I started with £200 limit and got a increase on the 4th statement but i have been with them since March this year. You think its worth asking for a increase?

i have just took my notice of correction off my file after hearing it could in fact hinder not help so i know its high but i have around 45 searches on my file most over 6 months old do i try for a card that only search experian now its removed or do i wait until some searches fall off i want to apply to see if there is any truth in this theory

so advise guys i cant get everything right im welsh for god sakes lol

Well i used www.callcreditcheck.com

Same type of thing really, when you sign up you can look at your credit report, it's very detailed.
And on it at the top was my credit score

personally i would leave it a few months for ome off those searches to go off.
