im on hols for two weeks chick my new and first ever card came today im so happy my son is back at school so chilled out at home instead of 5 year old antics all day long lol

This is ds 3rd week back at school, I nearly didn't send him today as he split his forehead open yesterday he ran into teachers desk.
He is fine had glue put on and Doctor said he'll be fine to go to school, doesn't stop me worrying but he was desperate to go in to show off his wound and tell his friends all about the hospital, typical boy.

Five year old children should be banned. Or school holidays should. I can cope with either at any given time, but not in conjunction with one another!;) I am allowed to say that, as the elder spawn (usually referred to as The Goddess) is five. She flounced off to school today to make her move on the joys of year 1. God help her new teacher, she has no idea what is about to hit her!

Stuff's being a bit weird for me, I've had a couple of weeks of things breaking. Am currently form-wrangling in the hope of procuring a grant of some sort to help toward the cost of a new washing machine (magic smoke escaped) and cooker (flame not working well enough to produce even a meagre amount of smoke, magic or otherwise).

Kazzajr: The Goddess missed the foundation fun day at the end of last term because she had a bit of a disagreement with a soft shape and a desk. When the A&E doctor told her she had to stay off for two days she was most put out, in between flirting and wondering if there was any more calpol to be had. Precocious little madam!

My ds is also 5, small world should we have a subclub or something?.
He is very accident prone, he is going to be covered in scars, he already has a few at least he is a boy so they should add 'character'.

A sub-club: We survived the terrible twos, battled through the finicky threes and swore not to let the 'fantastic' fours get us down. Now they're five, and we're fooked!?




I hope I get it too, as if not it's the launderette for the rest of my life as I have about as much ability to save as I do to resist the charms of tall blokes with inappropriately long hair :A
