I'm gutted, just tried two temporary cards in Worcester this morning but no coupon. The checkout assistant who I know well said she thought it was chucking the voucher out on second shop. Too distressed to try, my first honest shop in Tescos for months.

I'm deeply ashamed of myself, no CDs, beer, meat, fish .....

Thanks to Redfox I probably can drown my disappointment in wine on Thursday morning.

Can someone use the same temp card twice to see what happens. No promises though!

Didn't want anyone else wasting their money so went back. No coupon on 2nd shop with temp clubcard

Spotting a misprice and getting a refund can save them a whopping £1000 fine per item if Trading Standards happened to come along and spot them!

Very sound advice from Martini - and maintaining this mindset will help you should CS barometer not be Set Fair.
From the Saturday's Times, two articles worth reading:
'Fury at Nazi books sold on Tesco website'
'Tesco's sales increase at slowest rate in two years.'

Along with that The Times also headlined and mainpaged our very own DickDastardly:

!!!!!!, you shouldn't have let them see you in your dare-plus-flair car - more than ever the marked man now.

Amp - you should come to Fulbourn. I shakily managed a 99p coupon on a £3 shop on a ss till this am :j

Remember to use the Age Concern 100 points coupon you should have received with your Clubcard statement. It comes off your next Statement total: I hope msers will donate theirs as a gesture for all the goodies we have had.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I have decided to lie low from Tesco, after my nasty experience last week with a refund.

I went to Morrisins today. It's a real shame they do not operate the same policy. I got overcharged on 4 items of my shopping today!!! I don't mind having to wait if I'm getting it free - I do mind having to wait just to be given the difference back.

I never got a 150 point voucher today from a temp card either from the self scan till:(

  • Probably seems a silly question to you experts but do I go to a customer service desk to bring up price mistakes or do I declare them at the checkout during the scanning process?
