Got Stevie Wonder in Dundee Kingsway last night, as bf was wanting it anyway. Scanned at 10.97. Sent me blessed mother to get the R+R as I'm a big chicken, LOL, but she didn't have to ask for it the CS lady offered it unequivocably. And took a note to go correct them, apparently.

Still haven't changed SEL from last week so
another 5 packs. OH got £25 back.
I get the impression that Xmas rush means less
attention to misprices as large eggs still wrong.
Noticed that when barcode label damaged instore
scanner says something like ' Refer to customer services
for assistance' so just try another pack for the price.
When using the self-scanner tills if a discount voucher hangs the
machine it usually means the voucher still stuck in the voucher slot
so give it a poke...often happens with magazine vouchers.

Charged the higher, full R&R although at first CS offered me a fiver .

charged higher CS most pleasant and fully refunded the two packs purchased.

First go at this although have been keeping an eye out for ages, surprisingly nervewracking but nice to claw back a little from Mr T.

Got Madonna's Greatest Hits Vol 2 in Wrexham tonight. Stickered at 9.77 but a shelf label said 8.97. Self-Scanned at 9.77!

That's a coup because they are red-hot on mistakes at this store and there are a few MSE'rs who shop there! No problem gettin r&r here though.

Unfortunately, the CS girl removed the label from the shelf.

The self scanner is to the right of the clothes section.

With basil, caper and mint butter, SEL £4.49 Till and pack £4.99
Got 5 but plenty left @ Sevenoaks, Riverside. SEL not removed.

Recommended as just had one pack for tea!
